Jessica Fisher discovered her affinity for pastry, desserts & confections at age seven, and has nurtured her passion for baking and sweets ever since. Jessica specializes in one-of-a-kind desserts that serve the spirit of the occasion. She has embraced the SPC&E philosophy of only using the highest quality ingredients: Butter, Sugar, Cream & Time.

Jessica is also responsible for the artisan confections, cakes, cupcakes & caramels available at SWEET, their retail outlet in the Castro.
