Randy Gardner, a graduate of the Western Culinary Institute in Oregon, has worked as a Sous & Executive Chef in an impressive array of fine dining establishments. His work with Chef Don Yamauchi at the famed Gordon's in Chicago launched his career as Executive Chef. Drawn to The City's vibrant dining scene in 2003, his local experience includes key positions at Bocadillos, El Raigon, SupperClub, Lucasfilms & Sundance.
